The National HRD Institute has organized the 2018 Executive Development Program for Russian Federal Government Officials at the Global Leadership Campus in Gwacheon from September 4 - 8, 2018. This program is designed to showcase innovation in the Korean government, the HR system for public officials, anti-corruption policy, and best cases in e-Government, while also reflecting the educational needs of the Russian government. Despite the short schedule of six days, the educational effect of the program is maximized by combining lectures by experts in each field with study visits to policy sites, including the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission (anti-corruption system), the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority (collaboration between the central and local governments) and the Seoul Transport Operation and Information Service / Seoul TOPIS Center (e-government).
