Objectives |
• This program aims to cultivate leadership abilities and organizational management capabilities of a key leader from a new perspective in line with the demands of rapidly changing times – the post- COVID-19 era and a great digital transformation. • This program is designed to develop innovative and strategic thinking, as well as integrative and macroscopic perspectives – for persuasion of, and coordination with, stakeholders both inside and outside of an organization – as senior civil servants. |
Focus of the Program |
• This program focus on leadership training from a new perspective that can develop abilities to predict and respond to the rapidly changing public administration environment as an "administrator of administrators." • This program includes education to enhance high-ranking public officials' policy capabilities, for instance, by giving substance to the operation of "panel discussion-type seminars on administrative tasks" linked to the national vision. • It also places emphasis on training to strengthen the capabilities to manage public conflicts and organizational crises, for instance, by enhancing education on responding to civic groups or the media. |
