Job-Specific Competency Development Programs


The NHI conducts a variety of job-specific competency development programs to enhance civil servant’s expertise and to nurture creative professionals.


The programs help participants enhance the working/management capabilities required for all stages of on-site public administration, thereby improving their individual job competency and contributing to higher organizational performance.
