The National Human Resources Development Institute (NHI) and The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) of the Republic of Bulgaria have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in Public HRD on Tuesday June 1st.

The NHI and the IPA conducted their first exchange since the IPA's participation of the NHI's HR Leaders' Forum in 2021.
It was even more meaningful as it was concluded face-to-face in the country through the first official overseas business trip after quarantine restrictions were eased.
We look forward to active exchanges and cooperation in the field of talent development between the two countries using this agreement as an opportunity.
